What is the difference between Ladder and Non Ladder?

Ladder and Non ladder characters can not join and play in the same games. The are entirely separated from eachother. The screenshots below depict a Ladder (to the left) and Non Ladder (to the right) character in the character selection screen:



Ladder is a special mode where all participating characters are ranked based on their experience. Ladder is the default setting when creating a new character on battle.net. A Ladder season runs for limited time and all participating characters are transfered to Non Ladder when Blizzard ends the season. To participate in the next Ladder season you must create a new Ladder character. There are special unique items that only can be found when playing Ladder and there are special runewords that only can be assembled when playing Ladder. Any such items aquired during the Ladder season will remain on your character when it is transfered to Non Ladder.

Non Ladder, on the other hand, runs on forever without change of seasons and rankings. To create a Non Ladder character you simply uncheck the "Ladder" checkbox at the bottom of the character creation screen.

How will I receive the Diablo II items I bought?

You have two options when you place an order;

Specified Account: You provide us with account name, password and character name. We will send you an email when the delivery is completed. You can also check order status by entering order number in order tracking field in the menu to the left.

New Acccount: We will place the items on a new account and send you login information via email. You can also access the login information by entering your order number in the order tracking field in the menu to the left.

How fast do you deliver items?

We deliver within items 24 hours from the moment we have received and accepted your payment.

Can you help me to transfer the items in-game?

Yes, we can help you with that. Here is what you must do to arrange in-game transfer:

1: You must select delivery to new account when you place your order.
2: When you have received the new account, you must contact our Live Help and ask for help with item transfer. We will then meet you in-game and trade the items to your character(s) of choice. Please note that we can not help you before the items are in place on the new account.

How can I tell what stats the item I order will have?

We sell items with both specified and unspecified stats. All items with specified stats will have the stats included in item title. If the item title does not specify stats it means that the item will be unidentified or otherwise anywhere within the possible range, though more likely medium than high.

Do you hand out any bonuses with big Diablo II orders?

We currently have a bonus program through which we hand out free items with orders that exceed certain volumes and the bigger the order the bigger the bonus. Please note that these bonuses only apply to item and build orders. Power Leveling orders are not eligible for bonuses. Should you want other bonus items than those listed below you can pick items of corresponding value from the shop and write them down in the order comment during checkout.

LADDER
With every order: Free item of our choice tailored specifically for your order
If you spend over 100 dollars/euro you get: Annihilus Unid

So if you spend over 100 on LADDER items you get Free item of our choice (tailored for your order) + Annihilus Unid.


NON LADDER
With every order: Free item of our choice tailored specifically for your order
If you spend over 20 dollars/euro you get: Stone of Jordan
If you spend over 50 dollars/euro you get: Sandstorm Trek Ethereal
If you spend over 100 dollars/euro you get: Herald of Zakarum 200%

So if you spend over 100 on NON LADDER items you get Free item of our choice (tailored for your order) + Stone of Jordan +Sandstorm Trek Ethereal + Herald of Zakarum 200%.

How does the Diablo II power leveling work?

How do I order power leveling?
You must order power leveling separately from builds and items. Simply add the services you want to the cart in our shop browser. You must create the character(s) you want leveled before you place your order to ensure the desired names are not taken. You will be prompted for account name, password and character name during checkout. If you order power leveling for more than one character you must enter the additional delivery specifications in the order comment during checkout.

What quests and difficulties do you complete for my character?
We will kill the main boss in all 5 acts on both normal, nightmare and hell difficulty when we level your character. No additional quests will be completed unless otherwise stated in item title and description. We do offer Quest and Way Point packages as well but these services are more expensive than the basic ones where we only kill the main boss.

How long time does it take?
An estimated time is listed in the description of each service. Normally we complete an order within 1-2 days. We advice you to use the order tracking feature here on the RPGStash website to keep yourself informed on the order status.

Is it safe to order power leveling from you?
We put a lot of effort into security and have completed thousands of orders without ever running into any problems.

1: We only use manual labour when leveling; we never use macros, bots or other hacks.
2: We use a new and clean cd-key when accessing your account.
3: We follow all in-game rules of conduct.
4: We will never under any circumstances chat with your friends or any of your own characters, whether in private or public in-game chat.

We will change password on your account before we start leveling your character to ensure a fast and secure order process. The password will be changed back to the original one when we have completed your order. We advice you to create a new account with only the character to be leveled on it for fastest possible order processing. You are strictly forbidden to login to your account or change password while we are working on your order. You can access your account and play your characters again once the order has been completed. We advice you to use the order tracking feature here on the RPGStash website to keep yourself informed on the order status.

Do I get to keep any items found during leveling?
Yes, you get to keep all gold and items we find when leveling your character.

What is the difference between unperm, perm and legit items?

An unperm item is a duplicated item that may be deleted from battle.net when you exit a game unless you follow a special security protocol*. A perm item, on the other hand, will never be deleted by any battle.net server script. A legit item is an item that never has been duplicated. All legit items are perm but not all perm items are legit. The majority (90%) of our items are legit and 99.99% of our items are perm, though we only expressly state *Legit* and *Perm* on a selected few item such as runes, rares, magics, crafteds and sojs. Nobody doubts that Trang-Oul's set is legit or that Enigma Archon Plate is perm so there is no need to entitle them as such. All unperm item in our shop have (UNPERM) included in their item title so you will always know what you get when you order from us. Normally our unperm inventory only contains a few rare jewels. Any such unperm jewel becomes perm and safe once it has been inserted into a socketed item.

*To prevent any unperm item from getting deleted when you exit a game on battle.net you must do as follows: Ask another player to trade and when he has accepted the request, one of you must cancel the trade and then the player on which the unperm item is located (whether in inventory, stash or equipped) must save and exit the game immediately. By following this protocol you will never lose any unperm items. Please note that unperm jewels and runes become perm and safe once inserted into a socketed item.

Are your items perm?

99.99% of our items are perm. The only exceptions are a few jewels and runes which are clearly marked with (UNPERM) in item title. These unperm socketables are only sold on Europe non ladder. We will never sell any unperm item without clearly stating that it is unperm. Moreover, you will never have to worry about armors, weapons, charms, rings or amulets being unperm at RPGStash. The only unperm items we would ever consider selling are runes and jewels and this is because once inserted into a socket, they become perfectly perm and safe.

Will you replace items if I lose them?

We will not replace any Diablo 2 items you claim to have lost, whether they were stolen, lost during transfer or unperm. First of all there is no way for us to tell whether you actually have lost something. Second, we do not sell you the ownership of the item(s). RPGStash is an online exchange service where all prices are attributed to the transaction of the item(s). All items remain the property and ownership of Blizzard Entertainment, the parent company of battle.net. You can read our terms for more information.

Do you buy/trade items?

We only trade/buy large quantities of items that are bugged, have perfect stats or are otherwise exclusive. Contact vendors@rpgstash.com if you have something worthwhile to sell.
